At Richard & Kate London, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please read our returns policy carefully below.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some is not permitted.
How to Return
- Notify us of your return via info@richardkatelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address from our fulfilment partner.
- Send the item back at your own cost, including any applicable customs or postage charges.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.
- If an incorrect address was entered, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
